Shiwei Zhu studied at College of Bioinformatics Science and Technology of Harbin Medical University, where she completed her Ph.D. under the supervision of Shujun Chen. In 2024, she earned her Doctor of Medicine degree and joined the Yu lab for postdoctoral research. Her current research focuses on utilizing artificial intelligence techniques and spatial transcriptomics information for uncovering the molecular basis of respiratory diseases.
