Siyu He received her Ph.D. from Tongji University, with a research focus on bioinformatics. During Ph.D. study, she conducted a comprehensive analysis of non-cardiomyocyte heterogeneity in dilated cardiomyopathy. After graduation, she joined Yu lab for postdoctoral research, where she is currently investigating the genetic susceptibility of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease using deep learning models.
