Mengmeng Liu is a Master’s graduate in Animal Husbandry from the College of Animal Science and Technology at Qingdao Agricultural University, specializing in Genetic Breeding and Reproduction. Her research thesis was dedicated to the single-cell transcriptome analysis of the reproductive systems of pigs, mice, and donkeys, with a particular focus on comparing the single-cell profiles of testes and epididymides across these species. Upon completing her studies, Mengmeng joined Yu lab as a Research Intern. She is currently involved in a project focused on the processing of single-cell ATAC datasets, where she contributes to the development of genomic research.
